Q1. What do you need from me to check my Right to Work status?
If you are you British/Irish – We can accept passport (current/previous) or birth certificate/proof of NI number.
If you are from an EU country – This would include - Share code and passport/ID card, letter from Home Office/ECS checks.
If you are from a non-EU country – This would include Share code with passport, BRP card, residence permit, entry clearance, Immigration status documents.
Q2. How can I send you my Right to Work documents?
We use digital RTW checks through a certified IDSP provider - this makes the process quick and simple.
- You will receive an SMS text message link to start the process on your mobile phone.
- You will be asked to take a photo of your chosen identification e.g. passport.
- Finally, a 'liveness' check using your phone's camera will complete the process.
- The biometric results are then compared against the document image to give a RTW status.

Q4. Do I need to complete my RTW check before I am paid?
Yes, we cannot release any payments until we have completed our checks and approved your Right to Work in the UK status.
Q5. What happens if I fail a Right to Work check?
Because it would be illegal to engage with anyone who does not have a valid RTW in the UK, we have to inform your agency/client and the Home Office.
