From those early days of having a freezing office, one phone line, a spreadsheet CRM plus getting used to the new BACS-alternative ‘faster payments’ bank system, we have evolved into a reputable, award-winning business whose journey is still continuing. Many of us have recruitment backgrounds - so we understand our market, but also that clients and contractors would rather be without the headache that tax/NI/payslips/HMRC admin and everything else that payroll can bring.

Our first Umbrella offering went live in early 2011 and since then we have adapted to the many legislation changes that have almost become customary each year, to ensure that we are offering a clear and compliant model.

This model was another variation of PAYE that we added in 2019 after it was gathering pace as an answer to the VAT problem found in the supply chain of healthcare recruiters and Umbrella providers.
