Our App has been built from the ground up to provide you all the features you expect - completely free to all workers.

Orbital has always been keen to invest into technology that assists everyday operations. We’ve introduced various improvements like being one of the first providers to be SafeRec Certified with Payslip auditing, secure cloud-first operations, and modern communication channels like WhatsApp and SMS for quicker support.

Today, we’re launching our rebuilt app.

Available to all our customers for Android and iOS, our app fixes a lot of shortfalls our predecessor didn’t achieve like real-time payslip notifications and a fully featured payslip portal integrated directly into the app.

What does this mean?

Instead of having to access your payslip portal via your mobile web browser, or opening it up on a desktop computer / tablet, you can simply open the Orbital app.

This allows you to access everything you need, anywhere.

Easy registration

Every worker actively engaged with Orbital will receive onboarding instructions to register with the app. Your link between our payslip portal and the app is automatic meaning once you’ve created your account, you’re in!

• Log in securely with your Orbital credentials or a pre-existing email account.
• Set up notifications so you never miss a payslip, update, or benefit.

A new way to access payslips

Previously, you’d login to your portal via a web browser and click through various menus to download your payslips. But with our clever custom integration to our portal, all your payslips - including historical payslips - are accessible right from the app. Nice!

Real push notifications for payslips and more

Real-time push notifications for all your payslips allows you to skip the guesswork. You’ll be instantly notified as soon as your payslip has landed in the portal. Plus, our new ‘Updates’ area can send you notifications of important legislation and news.

No more links to chase, just direct access in-app.

Holiday pay and P45 requests

As part of our ‘Request Hub’, submit and track requests for holiday pay or P45s directly through the app, with clear status updates. You can enable notifications so you don’t miss a reply.

Our dedicated ‘Request Hub’ will allow you to make changes to your personal information, assignment details, bank details and more without leaving the app. All securely stored and compliant, with push notifications so you can track every request.
