FAQs
Are there any in-app purchases?
No. All the features are free to use for all Orbital customers.
How do I login?
First of all, you choose the ‘Create Account’ option and fill in your details.
You will then be able to set your password for future logins.
If you have an existing record already in our CRM, this will be recognised by your NI number so that you will not have to enter all the details in a full registration.
Can anyone create an account?
Yes, anyone can create an account which will then push a record into our CRM and our team will contact you to complete the onboarding process.
However, unless you actually start work for Orbital you will not have all the app features available (e.g. push notification payslips).
How do I submit a request?
Go to the ‘Contact’ tab, choose ‘Request Hub’ and complete the action that is relevant e.g. Holiday Pay, P45 etc.
You must have a live account with us in order to make the request.
This will feed straight to our team for them to action.
Can I turn notifications off?
Yes.
We recommend turning them off within our app and not via iOS / Android system settings. This is so you have more control of the type of notifications we send you. For example, payslips only.
